I’m assuming that pharmacare is a system whereby the government will pay for prescription drugs. 100% of the cost, judging by the article. Sounds great, but who’s going to pay for it?

Well, it’s nice to see that Americans aren’t taking the nightmare known as the Bush Administration lying down. Lets hope they vote him out, but for some reason, I’m just not hopeful.
